Punnpreeda Pool Villa Beachfront Samui is an intimate luxury resort that overlooks Bang Rak Beach from tropical garden surroundings on Ko Samui, Thailand, three kilometers from the Big Buddha and Fisherman's Village and five kilometers from the airport. Hotel Features. Punnpreeda Pool Villa Beachfront Samui offers a marina, kayaks, 130 meters of private beach, expanses of grass and gardens, trees and rock pathways. Expert Tip. The Big Buddha, located in the Wat Phri Yai temple, has been an enduring and popular attraction for visitors to Ko Samui. At 40 feet in height, the gold painted Buddha towers over the steep red roofs of the temple's buildings and other statuary. It also includes an elevated viewing platform that affords views of the island and nearby Ko Phangan. Stalls outside the temple sell souvenirs and snacks.
