| Chaweng Beach, on the north-east coast of Koh Samui, is the most beautiful white sand beach on the island, stretching 7km and bordered with coconut trees. In this intimate beach-front resort, you will find low-rise buildings and cottages in a Thai village style, each offering a private terrace overlooking the garden or pool.

.2 rooms on the ground floor are specially adapted to wheelchair access: ramp, hand bar in toilet. Bedroom and balcony doors are 1.20m wide, bathroom door 1.10m wide. A wheelchair ramp is provided for the reception access. Some public areas are not adapted for wheelchair guests because of steps, therefore it is recommended that disabled guests have a person to help. No lifts in the resort.

Safety Information:
.Fire safety: Since our hotel is an open-air resort and has only 2 floors including the ground floor, escape routes are very easy (either towards the ground floor, or the lobby and main road). Nevertheless, we put escape route plans on the back of the rooms doors; a fire alarm will ring in case of fire; emergency lighting provided in the main public areas; fire extinguishers are available throughout the resort and checked regularly. The hotel staff are trained for fire risks.
.Pool Safety : Our 2 separate swimming pools with connecting children's pools have safety rule signs and depth markings. The depth of the children's pools are 0.5m to 0.75m and the adult pools have slopes from 1m to 2.8m. No life guard on duty. Children must be supervised by parents.
.Hygiene : Water used for drinking, food preparation and ice making is filtered and treated.

How to get to the hotel? |

Situated in the heart of Chaweng Town, it is walking distance from restaurants, bars, entertainment centers and shopping arcades. Opened in 1990; Regency Wing built in 1993.
Koh Samui is easily accessible with over 20 direct flights daily from Bangkok to Koh Samui with Bangkok Airways, as well as direct flights daily to Phuket and Hua Hin, and daily flights to Singapore. Thai Airways offer 2 flights daily from Bangkok to Suratthani, from where you can get to Koh Samui via ferry or express boat. You can also take the Bangkok-Suratthani journey by train (8 departures daily) or first class air-conditioned coach.

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, HotelRentalGroup offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
For all reservations
-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation must be made in writing at least 8 working days prior to arrival for bookings 1-5 rooms.
- At least 22 working days prior to arrival for bookings 6-10 rooms.
- At least 46 working days prior to arrival for bookings 10-up rooms.
- If reservations are cancelled or reduced by more than the allowed number after the minimum notice period has passed, a late cancellation or no-show fee equivalent to 30% of the contract rate for each room cancelled in excess of the allowed number, or for each room not taken up will be charged.
Children Policy:
- There is no charge for child under 12 years of age when sharing their parents room with extra bed + ABF. All meals will be charged at 50% discount.
Liability:
Hotelrentalgroup acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Hotelrentalgroup is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programmes and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.

All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
