What To Expect

This morning, you will meet your private guide at 08:30 at the Bangkok train station.
You will go by train to the emblematic city of Ayutthaya !

Founded around 1350, Ayutthaya became the second Siamese capital after Sukhothai. It was destroyed by the Burmese in the 18th century. Its remains, characterized by "prangs" (reliquary towers) and by monasteries of gigantic proportions, giving an idea of ​​its past splendor.

Here, you will visit, in a tuk tuk, a temple housing a giant Buddha before exploring the historical park, accompanied by your guide. You will be able to learn the past culture of this ancient capital of the Kingdom of Siam.

You will have lunch at a small local restaurant, before returning to discover the remains of several temples belonging to the UNESCO World Heritage.

Finally, it will be time to take the train back to Bangkok.
