What To Expect

Doi Inthanon

- Pick up from your hotel in the city at 08.00 - 8.45am (start picking up guests from hotel in the old city first, then move to other area. If you are outside of town, please allow more time for pick up.) then we will drive to the South of Chiang Mai to visiting Doi Inthanon National Park about 2 hours.

- First stop at Wachiratharn Waterfall (Diamond waterfall) take your time for relaxing then drive up to visit White Karen Hilltribe Village (not long neck).

- Then stop at Sirithan Waterfall and go to the Hmong market where you can see a lot of products from the Royal projects.

- Free lunch is at a local restaurant (Thai set menu)

- We will drive to the Highest spot in Thailand (Roof of Thailand) then we will drive down the hill to visit nature trail and the twins pagoda (The King and The Queen pagoda) where you can see the beautiful flower garden and beautiful view also.

- Return to your hotel and finish a wonderful trip (you will arrive at your hotel about 06.00 - 06.30pm)

On the main road to the summit of Doi Inthanon stand two adjacent chedis, one called Naphamethinidon (นภเมทินีดล), meaning 'by the strength of the land and air', and the other, Naphaphonphumisiri (นภพลภูมิสิริ), meaning 'being the strength of the air and the grace of the land'. These temples were built to honour the 60th birthday anniversary of King Bhumibol Adulyadej in 1987, and the 60th birthday anniversary of Queen Sirikit in 1992, respectively.
