Overview

You experience an exclusive hiking/trekking adventure in Phuket. Jungle hiking/trekking begins on the green slopes of Kata, where Big Buddha sits. You then arrive at Phuket’s Big Buddha. This program is ideal for people who like to hike, though this hike/trek is considered to be difficult.

You will enjoy the flora and fauna of the rain forest and enjoy breathtaking views. After touring the area around Big Buddha, we visit the biggest Buddhist Temple in Phuket - Wat Chalong.

Tuesday's and Sunday's Program - hiking tour - lunch in Farm-to-table Restaurant

Friday's - trekking tour - return to CC's Hideaway for a delicious lunch from a selection of CC's Healthy menu

Big Buddha Phuket

Then you head to the jungle to begin your 50 minute hike or 95 minute trek.
- Explore the jungle on a 1.2 m (2 km) hike or 2.5 m (4 km) trek.
- Learn about the diverse plants, trees and wildlife that make their home in this habitat.
- Catch a glimpse of the monkeys hanging from the trees and other jungle animals.

When you reach the top of the hill you will then
- Stop for a short break at the observation point where you will have an amazing view of Karon beach
- Enjoy fresh coconut water and Thai seasonal fruits

Head to the Big Buddha
- You will arrive at the Big Buddha Statue where our tour guide will give you a private tour
- Receive blessings from the monks (an optional activity, donations welcomed)

- Take the shuttle bus to Wat Chalong, the largest Buddhist temple in Phuket.
