You’re welcomed at the departure hall by your English speaking personal assistant, who will ensure that you reach the accurate check-in counter and proceed with check-in services and luggage handling. Special arrangements have been made with airport authorities at Suvarnabhumi Airport, where you avoid the often long lines for immigration purposes. When experiencing a fast-track on departure and knowing that others may queue up for some time before doing the final shopping or that last cup of coffee, you immediately will see the benefits of this service. Passing immigration, your assistant will provide you with extensive details about the airport and where your gate of departure is located. A trolley is ready (when needed) to walk around the airport without carrying your hand luggage. Please ensure that you will reach the gate 30 minutes before departure in avoiding stressful situations. You will bid farewell to your assistant and head off to your gate, and leaving Thailand.
