Following hotel pick up from your hotel in Bangkok City Area at 07:30 am by our English speaking guide, depart to Kanchanaburi province. On arrival at Kanchanaburi around 9:30 am your first stop will be The Thailand-Burma Railway Centre what is an interactive museum, information and research facility dedicated to presenting the history of the Thailand– Burma Railway. The fully air–conditioned center offers the visitor an educational and moving experience.

Kanchanaburi War Cemetery

Visit Kanchanaburi War Cemetery which is memorial to some 6000 allied prisoners of war (POWs) who perished along the death railway line and were moved post-war to this eternal resting place. Then proceed for JEATH War Museum which is one of two war museums in Thailand about the Death Railway built from 1942 to 1943 by Allied POWs under the direction of the Japanese, a part of the famous Thai-Burma railways.

Bridge Over the River Kwai

It was not the first appearance during World War II.
