You will have a chance to cook up to 4 main courses every session.

There are 4 main categories of Thai food: Soup, Stir-fry, Curry, and Fried Food. We at Silana, have meticulously selected the best from each category to provide our students with complete instruction in the 4 categories with each lesson.

We do this to ensure that our students are experiencing all the textures and flavors Thai food has to offer within one sitting.

It is our mission to teach our students to the best of our abilities and expose them to the best, because we would have failed if they could not go home and cook for themselves and their families.

Our menus and recipes have been designed in consideration of our students, allowing them to replicate the meals they've created with us in the comfort of their home, wherever that may be. If there are any questions or concerns about the recipes or the food; we at Silana, are always here to help you.
