What To Expect

The Golden Mount (Wat Saket)
In the late afternoon, an English-speaking guide welcomes you at your booked accommodation in downtown Bangkok before heading out into the city to meet your tuk tuk and its driver. Depending on traffic conditions, the location of your hotel and other factors, the start may include taking other means of public transport to mitigate traffic jams. Once joining with your tuk tuk, it is off riding under the evening sky to see, taste and walk among the capital’s most notable landmarks at night in Old Bangkok.

Our first stop is Wat Saket. Also known as the Golden Mount - because of its gilded Chedi on top – it towers 80 metres high above the ground and provides impressive, panoramic views over the Banglamphu area. It takes a climb of 320 steps to reach the top to admire the historic Rattanakosin Island district, so the perfect spot to see the final sun rays.

Chinatown - Bangkok
we head out, by tuk tuk of course, for a delicious dinner at a local restaurant before moving deeper into the heart of one of the world’s busiest districts – Chinatown.

Bangkok’s Chinatown is one of the largest such districts in the world and visitors will find a vibrant, bustling enclave packed with market stalls, meandering narrow alleys, restaurants, temples, and traditional stores that guarantees a beehive of activity, day or night.

Pak Khlong Talat (Flower Market)
We end the evening with a walk through Pak Klong Talaad, better known as the Flower Market. The sea of colours of abundant flowers is simply astonishing.

Wat Po Thai Traditional Massage School Sukhumvit
We end our tuk tuk trails at the spectacularly lit Wat Pho (outside only), one of Bangkok’s most visited temples. It is one of six temples that are of the highest grade of first-class Royal temples.

Time to head back to your hotel in the heart of Bangkok or connect with the nearest public transportation stop when your booked accommodation lies outside the allocated drop-off area.
