Overview

Zabb-E-Lee is a Thai word from the North-East of Thailand that means "Very delicious". Our cooking school is located near the North Gate (Chang Phuak Gate), about 1 km. away from Thapae Gate and behind the Kuan Kama temple. Our cooking school is a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful temples and locals at work. We are overjoyed that can share a Thai cultural experience with all of you. Visit the market learn about various ingredients specific to Thailand, prepare a menu, cook up a feast, cook in an open-air kitchen and eat in a locally styled bamboo hut. You can choose 4 dishes (1 Appetizer, 1 Stir Fried, 1 Soup, and 1 Curry (Curry paste) + sticky rice with mango. Everyone can make different menus(All dishes can be made vegetarian or vegan and you can adjust to make spicy or nonspicy). We guarantee that our teaching technique will enable you to cook delicious Thai food within a single day and have a wonderful time together!
